Edible Gift Online Workshop
Edible Gift Online Workshop and Recipe eBook - This workshop is pre-recorded so that you can watch it at a time that suits you.
Edible gifts are thoughtful, unique, sustainable, eco-friendly and affordable.
Join me from the comfort of your own home for an online workshop where I will show you how to make delicious edible gifts using seasonable produce and basic store cupboard ingredients.
The recipes include cranberry sauce, wholegrain mustard, pumpkin jam, plum sauce, herb oils & vinegars and flavoured salts & sugars.
I will also have plenty of tips for using recycled jars, bottles and containers and for eco-friendly gift wrapping alternatives.
You will also receive a handy Recipe eBook listing the recipes, ingredient quantities and suggested variations, so you can easily refer back to this when planning your own edible gifts.

Introduction to Foraging Workshops
Join me in my garden where I will teach you how to safely identify native Irish plants and herbs, with plenty of tips on using them to create tasty and nutritious wild food dishes, drinks and simple herbal remedies.
You will learn about the Forager's Code, which encourages safe, respectful and responsible foraging. Safety is key so the focus will be on giving you the knowledge that will allow you to forage with confidence.
Everyone will receive a free photo identification eBook on native Irish edible and medicinal wild plants.

Medicinal Herb Workshops
Join me at The Herb Garden where we will start by identifying some of the most important native Irish wild medicinal herbs and learning about their beneficial properties.
The identification session will be followed by a practical demonstration on the various methods I use to make medicinal herbal teas, infusions, oils, tinctures and poultices, using both fresh and dried herbs.

Wild Garlic Foraging Experience
Join me in my garden where I will teach you how to safely identify native Irish plants and herbs, with plenty of tips on using them to create tasty and nutritious wild food dishes.
I will then bring you to a nearby location where you can sustainably harvest your own wild garlic to take home. You will learn about the Forager’s Code, which encourages safe, respectful and responsible foraging. Safety is key so the focus will be on giving you the knowledge that will allow you to forage with confidence.
Everyone will receive an e-book on wild garlic, covering identification, harvesting, preparation and my own original recipes, including recipes for wild garlic soup and wild garlic pesto.
