chives-and-butterfly

Native Irish edible and medicinal wild herbs re-appear year after year to feed and nourish us. No cultivation, no chemicals, no food miles or no plastic packaging involved. Unfortunately, the value of these plants is unappreciated by many, because the knowledge of how to identify and use them has been lost.

I would like to share my own knowledge and appreciation of nature’s bounty with you. If you would like to learn more, join me, Denise, on one of my in person workshops or foraging walks.

Booking is now open for my Seashore Foraging Walks and Medicinal Herb Workshops.

I am also in the final stages of introducing some new workshops including ‘An Introduction to Foraging for Beginners’, ‘Seed Saving – Plants for Free’, and ‘Hedgerow Alchemy – Using Wild Botanicals’ that will inspire you to make your own original cocktails and alcohol free drinks. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details.

My new series of online workshops, ‘Herbs for Health’, is now open for booking. Topics include Growing Herbs, Cooking with Herbs, Wild Herb Foraging and Medicinal Herbs. You can find more information on my Online Workshops page.

The best way to keep informed about workshop topics and dates is to subscribe to The Herb Garden newsletter by completing the sign up form below.
