Preserves and Condiments are a great way of using seasonal produce, whether from your own garden or your local greengrocer or farmer’s market, and they make great edible gifts.
Edible gifts are thoughtful, unique, sustainable, eco-friendly and affordable.
Join me from the comfort of your own home for an online workshop where I will show you how to make delicious edible gifts using seasonable produce and basic store cupboard ingredients.
I will also have plenty of tips for using recycled jars, bottles and containers and for eco-friendly gift wrapping alternatives.
In this workshop I will show you my take on the following recipes:
- Cranberry Sauce
- Wholegrain Mustard
- Pumpkin Jam
- Plum Sauce
- Herbal Oils and Vinegars
- Flavoured Salts and Sugars
The basic recipes can all be adapted and used in many ways. The eBook includes plenty of ideas for variations and uses.
