ORGANIC HERB GARDEN
Situated in the picturesque Delvin river valley, just outside the charming village of Naul, The Herb Garden is a rewilded, organic garden and a haven for native Irish flora and fauna. It was established by me, Denise Dunne, in 1995 and was the first Certified Organic specialist herb plant and seed nursery in Ireland.
Although the nursery is no longer operating, the garden is my main location for Educational Events, Workshops and Seasonal Foraging Walks. Visitors strictly by appointment only.

I am currently working on developing my new venture, The Herb School, where I am hosting a series of Online Training Sessions, Workshops and Foraging Events on all aspects of growing and using herbs and native Irish wild plants for food and medicine.

I offer a Consultancy Service, giving advice on herb garden design, organic growing, organic conversion plans and specialist menu planning, incorporating local and seasonal products, herbs and wild foods.

We specialise in Herb Garden Design for the private and corporate sector – restaurant and hotel kitchen gardens; heritage garden restorations; walled and medieval gardens; medicinal, aromatherapy and sensory gardens.
